Start here: the Launch Plan is free for six months, and it is free whether or not you ever buy this. Most founders set it up themselves using the free step by step walkthrough, and that is the way we expect most people to do it. Launch Support exists for the founders who would rather have somebody on the call with them.
What you get
- Session one, forty five minutes. We set up your organization together on a Zoom screen share. Your details, how it looks, your people, and one thing you actually need working, whether that is taking a donation, running an event or collecting dues.
- Homework, three things. Small enough to finish.
- Session two, forty five minutes, two to three weeks later. We fix whatever got stuck, build one more thing, put your formation documents where your board can find them, and set up your next board meeting.
- Questions by message through your whole six months. We answer within one business day.
- More time if you want it, at $59 an hour, bought an hour at a time.
You do the typing
This matters, so we say it plainly. During a session you are at the keyboard and we are talking you through it. We do not take over your screen and we never ask for your sign-in. The point is that three weeks later you can do it again without us, which does not happen if you watch somebody else do it.
What it is not
Launch Support is help with the software, from a product support person. It is not nonprofit advice, and the person on the call is not a consultant and is not there to act like one.
So we can answer where something is, how to set it up, and why a screen behaves the way it does. We will not answer whether you should file one IRS form or another, whether a gift is deductible, how to classify someone you pay, what your dues should be, or whether your bylaws are any good. Those are real questions and they deserve a real answer from somebody qualified to give it, which is why we will tell you when you have reached one instead of guessing.

Scheduling, and getting your money back
- Book session one within forty five days of buying. If nothing is on the calendar by then we will write to you once and offer you your money back.
- Before anyone is assigned to you, the whole $99 comes back, for any reason or none. If ten business days pass and we have not assigned anybody, we will offer it to you without being asked.
- Once a session is booked but not yet held, $74 comes back. We keep $25, which pays the person who held the time for you.
- Once session one has been held, the fee is not refundable.
- If you book a session and do not come, and we waited fifteen minutes, that session counts as held. Please just tell us if you need to move it; we will move it.
