Setting it up

Most founders set the Launch Plan up themselves. It is built to be done without help, and the free step by step walkthrough takes you through it at no cost.

If you would rather have somebody alongside you, Launch Support is two Zoom screen share sessions with a product support person for $99, and additional sessions are $59 each. It covers setting the platform up. It is not nonprofit advice, and it is never required: the Launch Plan is free for six months whether or not you buy it.

The Launch Plan rules

The Launch Plan is AIONP Essentials, free for up to six months from the day your organization is created. It is for organizations formed in the last twelve months or still waiting on their IRS determination.
From month seven the price is $49 a month or $499 a year. We tell you the date today and remind you at 60, 30 and 7 days.
No card is needed now. If you have not subscribed by month seven, your organization becomes read-only: everyone can still sign in, read, report and export, and nothing is deleted. Subscribing restores full access the same day.
One Launch Plan per EIN, ever. The same organization cannot enroll twice. If you do not have an EIN yet you can still enroll today; until you enter it, the only page open is the one that walks you through getting it, and your six months are already counting.
The Launch Plan covers one legal organization. It cannot be combined with any discount code, partner pricing or an additional organization. Data migration is not included; it comes with a paid plan. Integration of other software is not included: connecting another system to your data through an API is not part of the Launch Plan. During the Launch Plan your organization has one owner and one admin, no consultant seat, and up to 250 contacts. Subscribing to AIONP Essentials gives you three admins, a consultant seat and 500 contacts; upgrading to AIONP Complete removes those limits.
Find Grants is included from day one: the foundation index for your own state, the top 25 by what they actually give, and Grant Sources, the outside research list. Funder search in every state, looking a funder up by name or EIN, seeing who already funds work like yours, federal opportunities, the Funder Library, and writing and tracking proposals all come with AIONP Complete.
The Launch Plan runs until you outgrow it, up to six months. The day you subscribe to AIONP Essentials or upgrade to AIONP Complete, the Launch Plan ends and your subscription begins that day. If you already know you need more than the Launch Plan holds, start on a paid plan.
If a consultant partner introduced you, you are still eligible. We tell them you enrolled, they stay your consultant, and nothing about the Launch Plan changes for you.
Launch Support is optional and is not part of the Launch Plan. The Launch Plan is free for six months whether or not you ever buy it. Launch Support is help with setting the platform up, given by a product support person, not nonprofit advice.
