The day you hire someone, win a grant, or open case files, you move up to AIONP Complete in place.

If the Launch Plan or AIONP Essentials outgrows a limit, nothing is hidden, locked, or deleted. Every record stays yours, every report still runs, and your data exports whenever you want it. A limit only ever means you add the next admin or the next contact after upgrading.
Switching systems is the hardest part of changing software, so we do it with you rather than handing you an import tool. Send us what you can export from MemberClicks, Wild Apricot, Bloomerang, DonorPerfect, Neon, Little Green Light, Kindful, or a spreadsheet, and our team maps and imports your members, donors, full giving history, and financial records into your account before you start using it.
Free on any annual plan. On monthly plans it is a one-time fee equal to one month of your subscription: $199 on AIONP Complete, or $49 on AIONP Essentials. Migration is part of a paid plan and is not included on the Launch Plan; it becomes available the day a Launch Plan organization subscribes. Integration of other software is not included: connecting another system to your data through an API is not part of the Launch Plan. On AIONP Essentials and AIONP Complete you create API keys yourself on My Organization; a custom integration built for one organization is a separate engagement, scoped and quoted.

AIONP Essentials covers the everyday work: members and dues, events with tickets and check-in, donations and thank-yous, day-to-day money, your documents, your board’s meetings and minutes, and email to your own people. AIONP Complete adds the heavier machinery that staff, grants, filings and casework demand: grant management from proposal to closeout, case management, staffing and HR, and the deeper compliance tools including the audit trail that records what you filed and when. Both plans include the AI automations, every course and learning module, document branding, Word, PDF and spreadsheet export, team sharing, and every new feature as it ships. There are no per-app add-ons on either plan.
One subscription covers one legal organization, meaning a single entity with its own EIN. Inside that organization the price is per organization and never per seat. AIONP Complete has no limit on admins or contacts; AIONP Essentials allows three admins and up to 500 contacts, and members, donors and volunteers all count once each toward that number. Related entities under common control, chapters or affiliates that hold their own EIN, and fiscally sponsored projects that need a workspace of their own each count as their own organization. Each additional one is added to the same subscription at half the plan price: $25 a month or $250 a year on AIONP Essentials, $100 a month or $1,000 a year on AIONP Complete, per additional organization, rather than the full price several times over. Organizations that must meet HIPAA or another compliance standard carry additional cost, quoted for the structure. No. Your plan price is the only required cost. There is no separate setup fee, onboarding fee, or implementation fee, and no platform fee on the donations, dues, or event payments you collect (your payment processor's standard rates still apply). You can set your organization up yourself in the app, and the free live demo lets you try everything first. We do offer an optional paid Audit and Implementation Plan for organizations that want hands-on help, but it is never required to use the platform.
If nobody is paid and the money is simple, Essentials. The day you hire someone, win a grant, or open case files, you are a Complete organization, and that day you will be able to afford it.

Yes. To cancel, sign in and open My Account, go to Billing and renewal, and click Manage billing. That opens the secure Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel your subscription. You will not be billed again, and your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. There are no cancellation fees. Payments already made are not refundable.
We activate your subscription for the email address on your payment, usually within a few hours, and send a welcome email when it is live. Sign in with Google using that same email and all tools are unlocked. If you prefer a different sign-in email, reply to your receipt or write to support@allinonenonprofit.com.

On AIONP Essentials and AIONP Complete you also get one .org domain registered in your organization's name, paid for by us and renewed every year while you subscribe, with your site live at that address within minutes and nothing to set up. The domain and every page are yours: download the site or move the domain to your own Cloudflare account at any time, from the Website app. A Launch Plan organization uses the free address until it subscribes.
